Heavy Duty Cleaning
Heavy duty cleaning involves tackling deep-seated dirt, grime, and stains that require more intensive methods and cleaning solutions than regular cleaning.
Move Out / Move in Cleaning
Move-out cleaning includes standard cleaning tasks such as cleaning countertops, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens, but also extends to areas often neglected during regular cleaning.
Focus on Previously Hidden Areas: Once furniture is removed, areas that were covered are thoroughly cleaned. This includes cleaning behind and under appliances, window blinds, baseboards, and other surfaces that accumulate dust and debris over time.
Additional Tasks for a Thorough Clean: Move-out cleaning also involves cleaning the insides of windows, dusting blinds (both sides), and cleaning baseboards. This ensures the home is sparkling clean and ready for the next residents.

Post Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleanup is the thorough cleaning of a space after construction or renovation. It involves removing dust, debris, and leftover materials, as well as deep cleaning all surfaces to prepare the area for occupancy or use. Phases if cleaning are used depending on needs.
Phase 1: Rough Cleanup
After completing electrical, plumbing, and framing work, the first phase of cleanup begins. This starts with removing large items like debris, trash, and leftover materials that can’t be vacuumed. Then, general sweeping or vacuuming follows. Finally, stickers are removed from doors and windows, but no cleaning is done at this stage.
Phase 2: Light Clean
The second phase of post-construction cleaning is the most intensive, requiring extensive cleaning equipment and tools. This phase focuses on areas like kitchens and bathrooms, meticulously cleaning installed fixtures such as sinks, toilets, windows, and cabinets. It’s a primary reason clients seek professional cleaning services.
Cass Clean ensures these areas and hard-to-reach surfaces like air ducts are thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, areas where stickers were removed in the first phase, like windows, glass, doors, and walls, are now cleaned. This phase brings the space significantly closer to being move-in ready.
Phase 3: Final Clean
The final phase, known as Touch-Up Cleaning, occurs a few days after the second phase to allow for settling dust. During this quick final pass, the crew focuses on removing smudges, fingerprints, and other minor imperfections from previously cleaned areas.
Post-construction cleaning is a time-consuming and demanding task, often taking several days. For busy construction contractors, already focused on building, managing the cleanup adds a significant burden. Hiring professional cleaners, whether through the contractor or independently, is highly recommended.
If the contractor doesn’t offer cleaning services, clients might consider DIY cleaning. However, this should be carefully weighed. Hidden areas within the building, unfamiliar to most people, can easily be overlooked by non-professionals. This poses a risk to the health and safety of future occupants.
